Thought I would share this story with you as it always makes me smile when I think about it.
My brother had a support dog - Perry (who is now retired and living in Germany with my sister and her family). Being the handsome brute he is he attracted a lot of attention when they were out and about from people wanting to stroke him and ask questions about him. Naturally Perry presumed everyone wanted to be his friend and would (he still does this) stick his head between the legs of anyone who came near him waiting for them to stroke his head. Once whilst waiting for an appointment somewhere with our mum - Perry had gone along as usual - they were joined by an elderly lady. Perry greeted her in his usual way, and the lady who obviously had a feline friend at home, innocently exclaimed 'ooh, can you smell my pussy!' Mum daren't look my brother in the eye and to this day she doesn't know how they kept their faces straight!
