Hopefully some lovely technical person out there can help me.

Last week I bought a new printer, it's a Lexmark P700 series. I connected it to my computer, installed the drivers etc and thought great that was easy.

For the past week I have been having a nightmare with it. For some reason it will print so much of a document and then it just stops. It's driving me crazy I don't know what the problem is. I have checked to make sure the ink is in right, I have tried photo paper and normal paper, I have switched it on and off repeatedly and still no joy.

Do you think it's just buggered? or is there something else I can do?

Have you tried downloading the latest drivers from Lexmark's website?

Failing that, have you tried googling with your os, eg XP, plus the printer name plus the word 'problem' in the search field?

max I got drivers with the printer.

I've tried googling, I think I'm just going to have to take it back. I thought £30 was too good to be true :P

Brilliant for copying books into word documents/ebooks I'm going all digital now.

There may be later ones on Lexmark's web-site.

However, I agree with micksheff, pay a bit more and get a printer with scanner and copier included.
