Excellent - I want to try kettlebells and do some more core work. I am trainer less at the moment. Work out at Ponds Forge, but wouldn't mind doing some outdoor work now that the weather is looking up!

Sorry to jump in late but if you are still looking for a trainer we have a team of trainers that work out of private studios and in the great outdoors in Sheffield (Totley) and at Chatsworth in the Peaks. You are more than welcome to come in for a free consultation and taster session if you would like. Prices are between £30-£40 and discounted for block bookings. Check out www.born2move.co.uk for more info.
