Im nearly 30, but when i used to play football (train 3 times a week & match days) i was told i should have been a professional (i think i was dreaming hehe)

Ive not even kicked a ball in about 6 years & im wondering do i still have what it takes?

Even walking up a hill is breath taking hehe

The main thing is i LOVE playing football

i played football regular until i was 50years old and was once on barnsleys books!!--so my advice to you would be this--if you love the game and love playing it--get fit and look for a team nearby before life and the beautiful game passes you by!! ----its never too late to enjoy life!!
by the way every time i kick a ball nowadays something goes!!--but thats life for you!!:D

When i was very young i was on tottenham hotspurs books as a youth player.

Ive found a team in hillsborough that are looking for players for the new season, im just worried about my fitness.

Ok, its very easy saying 'im gonna get fit', but its easier said than done

When you start playing again it'll all come back to you but its hard to get to that level again at which you where playing when you were in your prime
