Hi, I currently have a Ellion HMR 700A NDAS media player recorder, it seems to be going wrong, it stops while playing movies and resets itself it also does this when being used as a NDAS in windows 7. I've been looking for what to replace it with and the best I can see is an origonal Xbox running Xbox media centre with a Samba server installed, I know a little linux but I've never setup a Samba server before is there anyone on here who has, also does anyone know of a Xbox that I could buy?
