If you don't feel up to it, get a quote from your double glazier and I'm sure many on here could halve it. LellyBee 29-08-2005, 21:22 sorry meant to say pm'd you! ricgem2002 29-08-2005, 21:27 a quick fix we do is remove the seal if it as perished then use a clear silicone in place of the old seal taking care to wedge the glass in place until dried then fill in where wedges have been i hope this can help you out cgksheff 29-08-2005, 21:35 Originally posted by Jan39 The seal has gone on it. I assume that you mean the seal on the unit has gone resulting in condensation between the panes of glass? cgksheff 29-08-2005, 21:36 Originally posted by ricgem2002 a quick fix we do is remove the seal if it as perished then use a clear silicone in place of the old seal taking care to wedge the glass in place until dried then fill in where wedges have been i hope this can help you out You are talking about the sealant around the frame? as opposed to the seal of the DG unit? Jan39 29-08-2005, 22:08 thanks every one for your replies, I am presuming the seal has gone. dirt has got in the inside of the two panes. goldenbabe1966 30-08-2005, 10:31 hiya my hubby is a window fitter if you would like to pm me :) he'll help you out  grump 16-10-2006, 16:01 Try Chris from CMR glazing 07811 533026.
