Having been a huge superman fan since before I can remember (I used to have Superman PJs when I was a little boy - and still sleep in a Superman t-shirt) I imagine I will be going to see this - I only hope they do it justice!

Yeah...this film has been in production for a while now. The guy cast as Superman is Brandon Routh, and looks the part. The film is directed by Bryan "X-Men" Singer, and is not a remake, but instead is a sequel to the Richard Donner film of the 70s. The costume pics were released a few months back, and it looks cool.

I have high hopes for this film, and with Kevin Spacey on board as Lex Luthor, it could be a worthy successor.
