right need and opininon whether to phone microsoft up or not about my power brick for my elite jasper 360.

well to start with, should i worry, the problem is i was playing on the 360 when all of a sudden it switched off and wunt turn back on, so i got up and noticed the light on the power brick was red, so i unpluged it from the console and put it back in, no luck,

so i pulled the cable out of the brick and plugged it back in, again no luck, so i then pulled it out of 360, power brick and out of the 4 plug extention.

i then plugged it all back in and it went back to its normal orange colour for when its on standby, i switched the 360 on and the light went green as it should.

so i havent got a clue what the problem was and it ant done this out of the 2 to 3 months that i have had it.

should i be concerned and worried about it? or do you think i should just leave it and wait and see if it does it again?

Probably just static. They say to unplug thing for a few minutes and then to try again.

its never unpluged either, you dont think that it might be starting to harm it leaving it plug in all time do ya?

if its left plugged in all the time you never know, may need to be unplugged and left to cool down a bit could be just overheating a little.

They are fine being left plugged in. When I worked in Dixons in town, we had one that was plugged in all day every day for over 2 years and it was fine. As long as its well ventilated and you've not got it covered up or sat on carpet it should be fine (they need just as much ventilation as the Xbox 360 itself).

it never gets hot it barely gets warm never mind hot, plus its got a little fan inside.
