The only way I can get it to show the bolded piece of text is if I tell the page it identified it incorrectly, and then choose an option below...

I can get it to show similar to the OP... I'm using Chrome, and a screen similar to that shows for a second, tells me I've identified myself as Vista or Server 2008 (I'm XP) and using IE7 (I'm IE8 ), and is then replaced by a page that starts:
Verifying your environment
If we were unable to detect your environment but you know what it is, please click Change your environment at the end of this section and tell us what your environment is.
And then tells me to use IE... So, yes, crap...

Actually the funny part is you still using an OS that is not supported and a browser that even MS want you to stop using.
