i havnt fished it in a few years, but deffinately pole to far bank, fishing with pellet, sweetcorn etc, all things for carp really. use a strong elastic aswell, or you will spend all day in the reeds, there are some good fighters in that stretch.

if that fails fish dead in the middle feeding quite heavy.
