Own/Restore a classic car (ive been on about doing it for long enough-its got to happen one day:( )
Pitch my idea for "Pro-celebrity Dog Fighting" to a tv exec... :D
Get a Tattoo (Coming soon.........)
Sing with a big band

Okay,thats some of my choices.Of course ive left out the mundane,boring stuff,but you get the idea....

So what five things do YOU want to do before you die?....

hmmm lets see

*get a boyfriend
*get married (to the boyfriend above lol)
*get a house
*have kids
*visit america

i dont ask for much- all that and im only 18 :)

hey, I wish all that stuff was so simple lol, well replace boyfriend etc with girlfriend... personally I'd pick some more interesting stuff, that I wouldn't particulally do with my life in its natural course... getting a girlfriend and married and all that stuff is kinda on my life list anyways...

maybe something like:

1) smash up a huge expensive TV with an expensive guitar... hell why not, I'm gonna die right? lol

2) dance naked on stage with a massive band like Metallica or chili peppers or something during a massive festival

3) quickly finish off the songs I've been working on and play them though the biggest PA system I can get hold of in the middle of town

4) try and climb mount everest

5) see how much chocolate it takes to make you spew

1: Meet any grand children I may ever have & to have the priviledge to share my lifeskills with them.
2: Retire soon with some land on which to be self sufficient as much as poss - like 'The Good Life'.
3: Help more geniune people in any way I can - anonymously wherever possible.
4: See the day where religion doesn't influence events & decisions that affect the masses.
5: I'll keep number five just for me. That one's private. :)

I'm reading a wonderful book at the moment called Rowing Without Oars, by a Swedish woman Ulla-Carin Lindquist. She's a TV journalist who is diagnosed with a fast paced motor neurone disease. She buys a computer that she can operate with her nose, and as her body shuts down but her mind stays able, she writes about the year leading up to her death. It's a really brilliant book, but very tragic because she becomes trapped in her own body. For example, she desperately wants to look attractive for her husband, so she's mortified when he has to wipe her when she's used the loo and spoonfeed her.

It really made me think how much life is for the living. We shouldn't leave it until we are diagnosed with a terminal illness, or told we've got 40 days to live, before we start trying to live, because by then it could be too late.

You should live every day as if it were your last.

We rarely do this though. I certainly don't. I'm always dreaming about the future or putting things off until tomorrow.

Travel, meet lots of women, buy a fast car, spend as much time as I can with family!

I want to make a difference. To make something happen that will change people's perceptions for the better and to be remembered for that.

Even if it's something as simple as writing a song that will be remembered and will mean something to someone so they care about it and pass it on to others.

Other than that - extensive world travel (which I'm working on), and to feel or experience a huge range of emotions that I've yet to explore for general life enrichment wherever possible.

It's not about ticking off a list of things I've done or could do, it's about the meaning of things and where they take you. Materialism goes out of the window at a time of death. Once you're gone anything you've personally done (films you've watched, cars you've driven, pets you've owned, houses you've bought) goes with you. It's the impact on others which counts and how you've changed or could change their lives. Leave a legacy, leave a philosophy. Make a difference.

What do you want to do before you die?

I just wanna die knowing ive been happy with my life no matter what i did or didnt do... everyday is a gift ... After being ill and having to be restricted on the things/places i can do/go etc: my out look on life has changed, i love the simple things like the wind and the rain, you may think this is very boring but i appreciate everyday im alive, as who knows when your time is up.....its up....

i would like to a lot of things before i die here are just a few, lol:
* Get married and have kids to my true love
* Have a successfull job (hopefully one i want)
* Meet some famous people
* Have my 15 mins of fame
But most of all i would like to:
* Help to make the world a better place by:
* Doing the little things like helping the next door neighbour out from time to time or going to the shop for an elderly person, or even helping them across the road
* Giving as much as i can afford to charities that need money
and by * dedicating as much of my time as possible to help others
