Hi, any one missing a young black cat shiregreen area? We have one sleeping on our garden hammock. Shes very timid and quite feral so could have been missing for some time? We are feeding her and I have managed to catch her today and cut off the collar she was wearing which has become tangled round her leg and has been like it for sometime. She attacked me and ran off in disgust but atleast her leg is now free. Im pretty sure its a female due to the pink studded collar and Im pretty sure she is in need of a vet due to the unjury from the tangled collar and therefore will try and win her trust and nab her. But if she belongs to anyone and theyd like to come and try and catch her then PM me

Take her to the vet, they will be able to scan her and see if she is microchipped.

Aww poor cat, that happens with collars if they are slack, its very kind of the person to try and help her.

Oops sorry I didn't read it properly.
One of my cats got her collar stuck around her leg quite a few times when she wore a collar with an elastic section. The snap-off ones are better.

Hi, just to let you know, i havnt seen the cat since I cut off her collar, me thinks shes avoiding me now!!!!! However, i will keep putting food out and see if she turns up again, the food is getting eaten but it could be any number of cats eating it. If I do manage to catch her I will take her to the vet and keep you all posted on her progress x thanx

update, shes asleep on my swinging hammock after eatin a bowl of cat biscuits, gonna leave her for a few days and keep trying to win her trust. Atleast i know shes still alive atleast x
