Hiya could anyone help please ?!

I got my letter to say my rent was going up and jotted down the weekly rent but now seem to have misplaced or thrown the letter out !!

Does anyone know when the new rents start from ? I pay my rent online - billpay - so dont want to get behind !

Deleted - presumed you didn't know how much the new rent would be.

Ours changes tomorrow, so I imagine you need to pay the increased amount from now onwards, on whatever date your rent falls due.

The worst that can happen if I'm wrong is that you'll end up a few pounds in credit.
