now i just got a new dog on tuesday shes 3 months old and quite a pretty girl,
i live close to meersbrook park so i like to walk her on or off the lead in the park!
when she does a poo i get a bag out, pick it up and carry it until i find a bin! not a hard job!

so why is it today aswell as piles of poo all over than havnt been picked up did i see 3-4 bags of poo chucked on the floor or in the bushes? i even saw one hanging from a tree!!!!!!

these people need to get a grip! sorry to sound liek a hippy n that here but you might aswell let the dog poo on the ground and leave it rather than stick it in a bag and leave it!
i cant belive it! if your guna go through the picking up part (worst bit) why can you not just hold it until you find one of the many dog poo bins?

anyway, rant over! sort it out who ever you are :)

Not good :(
As much as my partner and i dont like the smell, we always pick it up and put it in the bin. Its called respect. And what happens if a kid gets hold of it >:(

I hate that people don't pick up. I actually think Meersbrook park is not too bad for dog dirt considering it is only very small and the large number of dogs that go there. I go before it gets light for my dogs quick walk in the morning and there is at least 5 other regular dog walkers in there at that time! I have a torch so I can see to pick up

They could do with emptying the bins more often as they are often full even in the middle of winter when the fair weather walkers are nice and cosy at home :hihi: They overflow in the summer months or when it snows :gag:

So what breed is your new dog then? They are so cute when they re young :) Just be aware that although most of the dogs I have come across in the park are lovely there is a few that you do not want your dog to approach :(
