I bought a car radio from http://www.caraudiocentre.co.uk and they sent it to my address by courier. I wasn't there so they left a note and said to collect at their site in Rotherham within 5 days. When I went there a week later they had sent it back to the company (even though i left a message to say when i'd collect it). Anyway, I have since been trying to get http://www.caraudiocentre.co.uk to send it out again but whenever i get on the phone they put me through to returns which is just on hold. I get sick of staying on the phone and just hang up. Probably what they want. It's been a month now and I can seem to contact them (no email or post address on site). What can i do to get my money or radio from them?

Paid by my HSBC Solo card. cost was £75 so don't think can claim on this

They have stores listed on their website.
The nearest is Nottingham. Why not pay them a visit or give them a call and ask for advice?
