Has anyone lived recently or live on spinkhill avenue s13 , i may have chance of a property on there the house is lovely with lots of land so im temted to take it , but i would like a idea of what the road is like ect .

I've got a friend on Spinkhill Drive and she's not seen any problems in the last few years. the old college [now gone] did have the kids hanging around but apparently no longer.

Thats why iam asking about this road , its smack bang in the middle of both estates , it looks ok where the house is but you never know do you lol :)
