Wel I have done it, yes another poll, and why not.

What is your favourite Queen song ?, in my eyes the best band ever to walk the earth, Freddie Mercury had THE best voice.

Anyway .. you have 9 choices, if your song isnt there it will fall under No 10 ... Other ;)

Mine is --> Bohemian Rhapsody

I agree, and voted for IWTBF. Another would be Under Pressure, co-written by David Bowie.

Bohemian Rhapsody was overrated. Brighton Rock was probably the best thing they ever did, or Stone Called Crazy. Or anything from Sheer Heart Attack, for that.

I'll agree with that! And it was shown to great effect in Shaun Of The Dead. :cool:

I must take issue with you here slh.

You're entitled to your opinion, of course, but love it or hate it, Bo Rap is an astounding piece of work by any standards.

Over familiarity with any song will produce a negative reaction sooner or later and Bo Rap has been played to death by classic radio stations.

Taken in isolation, though, it's a masterpiece of the highest order.

I see you're into the heavy rock stuff judging by the songs you chose, and that early period of the Queen catalogue is often name-dropped by the heavy metal fraternity.

They did progress rapidly, though, and it's generally felt that their best and most inventive work began with the Night At The Opera album

i always liked "great king rat" on the first album, bought on LP from boots, when it was accessible by the doors in the subway on fargate!

by 1980 i think queen got a bit lazy, and went through a phase of just churning stuff out, e.g. hot space:gag:
