Well after the disaster of the Madonna poll (which I asked to be deleted), I shall try the Kylie one.

A few pointers before you make a fool of yourselves (or I just might :D )

1 There is ONLY 10 choices
2 You can pick any of the 10
3 There isnt 11 choices
4 You MUST like one of the 10

Which is your fav and why ?

Mine is "Shocked" mainly cause nothing shocks me anymore.

<waits for the "my fav isnt ere" although I can only choose 10> LOL

I was going to do a - Favourite Queen song

But I would get abuse for not picking the right ones, as they have had sooo many great songs.

Shall I try if it for the laugh :D

good point panda79, or maybe I should do a poll to see if they want a poll on "song" or "albumn".

A poll in a poll

Where the chuff is Especially for you? Yeh I know it's not strictly a Kylie song as it was done with Jason Donovan but it still rules..

SpiderPete

Got to Be Certain was her 2nd single and still my fave.

Made in Heaven was a double A side with Je Ne Sais and is much loved by Kylie fans

Turn it Into Love was on her first album and her first greatest hits. Hazell Dean covered it as well but it wasn't as good.

I know too much about Kylie records. But that's what you get for being young and impressionable when Neighbours got popular.

:help:

"Your Disco Needs You"?!?!?!?!?! can't say I remember that one annd personally I still like the one she wrote with James Dean Bradfield out of the Manics 'Some kind of Bliss'. 'Confide in me' wasn't bad either really as pop songs go.

Not being a Kylie fan it's option 11 for me.
Where the wild roses grow - with Nick Cave and the Bad seeds, it's a typical dark Nick cave song and not a bit like Kylz. great duet.

Yo are missing 'Confide In Me'. This is by far the best solo Kylie song.

Including remixes, i also like, 'Wild Rose' and 'Kids' is alright.

I voted for Your Disco Needs You in the absence of Confide In Me, although to pick between the two would be impossible. Your Disco Needs You would SO have been a number 1, she should have released that instead of Please Stay IMO - I LOVE Kylie, so glad she's feeling well enough to resume the tour in the spring. I saw her in May at earls court and she was as fab as ever...

I like In Denial, which she did with the Pet Shop Boys... I think the poll is lacking Put Yourself In My Place... and Limbo...and Cowboy Style... Her live performance of Waltzing Matilda at the Sydney Olympics was beautiful too.

Can we do Steps songs soon???

A revival from what?!?!?!? ;)

But could you come up with a list of even 10 songs for JD. I remember my sister listening to his (and Kylie's early) stuff and I'd have to be convinced it's worthy of a revival or vote etc. ;)

I voted for 'Can't get you out of my head'
Better the Devil You Know reminds me of the vile Sonia - anyone else remember her - Bright ginger hair and perpetual grin and very strong scouse accent (not that there's anything wrong with a scouse accent!).

But there is with "bright ginger hair and a perpetual grin"!?!?!?! ;) Pete Waterman and Messrs Stock and Aitken have a lot to answer for!!!!!!!!!!!
