In response to popular demand (and also because we have fighters wanting to fight LOL), we are open on Good Friday AND Bank holiday monday.

Simple reason , 1. Im not catholic so do not celebrate good friday.
2. AFK is not a bank
LOL

These classes are open.

Monday Beginners class = 830-930pm

Monday Fighters class, 7-830pm (warning this one is by invitation only, but if you fancy stepping up then by all means have a go ;) )

Friday Bagwork and Fitness session = 630-730pm

Since my fighters are training for hard fights , Yousif matched against an instructor while Rachel and Becky are matched against instructor's girlfriends.
