I am the press secretary for the Hallamshire Guild of Weavers, Spinners and dyers. We meet on the second Saturday in every month at the Jordanthorpe and Batemoor Community Centre, Dyche Lane, Sheffield S8 8BR. Visitors are welcome to any meeting which starts at 10.30 and finishes at 3.30. We often have visiting speakers and there are always expert members on hand to give advice, etc. to new starters. We have a good stock of equipment and books that we can lend out to new members - try before you buy.
