I am interested in joint ventures/partnerships (to spread the costs and work with people with experience and knowledge) in acquiring land for redevelopment (either for planning approval for future construction developments) and/or domestic/commercial redevelopments in and around Sheffield.

I have an Architectural background, working for one of Sheffield largest practices for nearly ten years. I also run my own Architectural business part time, however I am looking at going into property development etc.
