Since I booked holidays on the internet and also using lots of various holiday sites, I find that I am now getting 25 + per day and all I do is delete them rather than read them. Is there a simple method I can use to stop them arriving?
Any help (in simple language) would be greatly appreciated. Compared to most of you folk I am a fairly simple computer user...Thankyou

See if there's an "Unsubscribe" option - usually at the bottom - and take it if so.

It's typical of most companies whose service(s) you sign up for in that they send you sh*te by default - though the more reputable ones give you the option not to when you do so. Another nuisance is web tracking where one looks for a certain things and subsequently sees advertisements for such most everywhere there is advertising. I've just cleared my history to stop such - and not just my cookies as it was easier that way - a nuisance worth suffering to avoid annoyance.
