Hi we're looking at a house in Rawmarsh, Rotherham and wondered if anyone knows anything about it? Any comments would be greatly appreciated!

Hi it's near Rosehill Victoria Park

I used to go to school at Wath Comp and a lot of my friends were from Rawmarsh. I don't know the exact street but I think if you stay out of the council bit (down near the Yorkshire Traction bus sheds) you should be alright. My friend lived at the back of the park down hollowgate I think it was called and that was ok. But if you haven't already bought one, I'd look at Swinton instead (no offence to anyone who lives in Rawmarsh).

Yeah some areas of Rawmarsh can be abit dodgy but some are alright. Theres lots of good properties about in Bramley at the moment
