We live in a new build house and wanted to create open plan kitchen and living area in our home. We need to knock down two plaster walls that separate our kitchen and living area, and swap the position of kitchen and living area, which needs rewiring, plumbing, under-floor heating. Before you go ahead just make sure it doesnt affect any of your house guarantees usually with the nhbc also if its a stud wall make sure its not a load bearing stud wall..
