View Full Version : Satelite control in space
nottingham 22-08-2005, 11:08 Five students on 24 years have control over a satelite.
All five of them are probably from Barcelona in Spain.
One of them are the leder of the group.
All five of them were seen at the Spanish Police headquarter in Madrid June 2005. They were observed by several policemen among them the policechef Benito.
You will probably hear more about this.
Is there a news link regarding this, because I'm a bit confused as to what this actually means?
Phanerothyme 22-08-2005, 11:33 Basically it is possible to hack into a satellite and take control of it's systems, telemetry, navigation etc.
It's not easy, and you need to know something about RF technology too, but I expect there are plenty of satellites that only use light encryption for telemetry & control.
beautynbeast 22-08-2005, 12:31 oh bugger i thought i was doing well then phanerothyme, until the words rf technology, encryption for telementry and control stared poppin out.
then whooosh way above the head like concord.
Phanerothyme 22-08-2005, 12:35 RF - radio frequency
telemetry - take measurements (readings) by remote control
encryption - making a message unreadable except to the intended recipients
Essentially with the right equipment it is possible to completely hijack a satellite.

I was doing alrught, right up to to the word 'basically'
beautynbeast 22-08-2005, 13:13 haha good to know im not alone here spyro :hihi:
that'd be quite fun....having a spy satellite in geo-stationary orbit directly above your house....nice security system ;) then what with getting into the realms of science fiction, you could add big lasers then blow stuff up.

How hard is to understand? with a computer and a radio transmitter you can take control of a satellite.
Easier said than done, but the principle is no different to a remote control car, really.
nottingham 06-09-2005, 10:22 Somebody sends not normal and illegal signals from
satellites.
THE SATELLITES ARE HACKED !!!
People (over the whole world?) blink (edited) with their
eyes
more then normal. You can study this on TV (Bloomberg
and CNN or other TV-channels).
This is because somebody sends not normal and illegal
signals from satellites.
Maybe it is less visible, but men have less soft
movements then normal.
This is also because of illegal signals from
satellites.
The latter may have increased sickness and deaths. If
so, it should be possible to check it out
statistically.
twinkle with there eyes?
Whats that?
nottingham 06-09-2005, 10:31 They blink more with their eyes.
ok - and how does that cause increased sickness and deaths or were you referring to 'soft movements' there??
Am just confused as to what i causes and how it does it?
SupraSteve 06-09-2005, 11:15 I'm watching this thread with interest.... what is this about illegal satellite transmissions making people blink more exactly??? :D
nottingham 07-09-2005, 12:53 If the hacker wants, he can send signals that give people pains instead of only blinking.
It is easy to watch the blinking increase on those who present news on television.
Hmmm it doesnt seem to hard to do satelite hacks - good story here

Just hope no-one ever hacks in and broadcasts 24/7 Crazy Frog :gag:

How exactly does this happen then? Please enlighten me, cos I thought they were just electromagnetic waves of tiny, tiny, tiny proportion and power - hence you need a dish to 'collect up' enough signal to make any use of it.
If you think satellites can cause pain or make people blink you're very mistaken. The only way a satellite can cause someone pain is if they stand immediately in front of it (in which case you're in a spot of bother - what with being ~37,200km into space), or, if it falls on them, lol.
Please tell me the science you have discovered that is behind this, and whilst you're at it any evidence of this supposed 'take over' of a satellite - I'm very interested, however it's been about a week now and still nothing on the news!!! ;)
youwhatref 07-09-2005, 14:32 I think Nottingham means that they are going to beam Neighbours and Home & Away onto our screens 24/7 and therefore inflict pain! :D
But Nottingham..WTF?
What someone could do is to put subliminal messages into the TV feed - that could cause a lot of hassle, for example :
"Buy bread" would make everyone go to the shops and conjest roads, shops etc
"kill your neighbours" - obviously not good
"vote for the monster loony raving party" would really mess things up :P
===========
EDIT : probedb mentioned having own satelites... by some bizarre coincidence, I've just received the following press release from ESA - looks like he shouldve gone to university :P
SSETI Express, a low Earth orbit spacecraft designed and built by European university students under the supervision of ESA's Education Department, is to be launched from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome on a Russian Cosmos 3M launcher on 27 September in the morning.
SSETI Express (SSETI stands for Student Space Exploration and Technology Initiative) is a small spacecraft, similar in size and shape to a washing machine (approx. 60x60x90 cm). Weighing about 62 kg, it has a payload of 24 kg. Onboard the student-built spacecraft will be three pico-satellites, extremely small satellites that weigh around 1 kg each. These will be deployed once SSETI Express is in orbit, marking a first not only for the students but also for the space sector. In addition to acting as a test bed for many designs, including a cold-gas attitude control system, SSETI Express will take pictures of the Earth and function as a radio transponder.
The SSETI Express satellite was designed and built mainly by students under the supervision of ESA's Education Department. The principal sub-systems (power control unit, UHF unit for communications, onboard computer to control the satellite, attitude control system, propulsion system and camera) were developed at various European universities. The challenge has been for the 23 university groups, spread across Europe and from very different backgrounds, to work together via the internet to jointly build the satellite. ESA has provided support, drawing up the specifications, harmonising efforts, supervising construction and testing, and organising the launch.
ESA's Test Centre at Noordwijk (the Netherlands) made its facilities and experts available to SSETI Express for thorough testing. The satellite underwent electromagnetic compatibility testing in a special chamber. SSETI Express was then mounted on a shaker table and subjected to vibration and shocks representative of those it will experience during launch. The harsh environment of space - vacuum, extreme thermal conditions, etc. - was simulated in one of the vacuum chambers at ESTEC.
System-level functional testing was also conducted at ESA's technical centre, ESTEC. A ground segment simulator adjacent to the spacecraft was connected via a laptop computer and the internet to the mission control computer in Denmark. A further internet connection enabled the satellite operations team in Poland to control SSETI Express during testing, while communicating with staff at ESTEC via internet-based messaging.
SSETI Express has taken just 18 months to progress from kick-off to flight readiness review, which probably makes it the fastest spacecraft design and construction project ever, hence the name "Express". By using donated materials, equipment and expertise - from ESA, universities and industry - total hardware expenditure by ESA's Education Department has been kept below ?100 000.
The Student Space Exploration and Technology Initiative (SSETI), which has provided the framework for the SSETI Express mission, was set up by ESA's Education Department in 2000 to involve European students in real space missions. The initiative aims to give students practical experience and encourage them to work in the fields of space technology and science, thereby helping to prepare talented experts for the future.
Since its creation, SSETI has developed a network of students, educational institutions and organisations to facilitate work on various spacecraft projects. More than 400 European students have made an active, long-term contribution to this initiative, either as part of their degree or in their spare time. In addition, many hundreds more have been involved with or inspired by SSETI.
SSETI students are currently working on three main projects:
SSETI Express
SSETI ESEO, the European Student Earth Orbiter, a 120 kg spacecraft designed for Ariane 5 and scheduled for launch in 2008
SSETI ESMO, the European Student Moon Orbiter, scheduled for launch in 2010-12. It will conduct experiments both on its way to the Moon and once lunar orbit is achieved.
Follow the SSETI Express launch live
The ESA TV launch transmission on 27 September will be available as a free-to-air digital broadcast on the Astra 1 G satellite at 19.2 degrees East:
Transponder: 1.108
Reception frequency: 12551.50 MHz (MCPC, ESA-Astra Multivision service)
Polarisation: Vertical
Symbolrate: 22 Msymb/s
FEC: 5/6

- One of the hackers friends sat close to the desk in the police office.
- Policechief Benito changed clothes, from sivil clothes to uniform, before he received a report of the satellite misuse..
- Policechief Benito was not willing to present himself with his name. One policewoman was present when the policechief did not want to say his name.
- One of the policemen in the building used a walkman.
- One of the policemen said Benito/Bonito and laughed.

In your dreams; too far-fetched for anyone to expect these guys so well versed in the art of denial to admit anything; I certainly dont expect them to admit anything other than the standard line about 9/11.
Perhaps Nottingham should inflict his nonsense on a Nottingham Forum, no doubt he would be in good company.
:loopy:
So let me get this right, what you are saying is that some student took over a spanish satellite with the help of a police chief in uniform, in the company of a policwoman. The students intend to make George Bush and co admit that 9/11 was a CIA plot, and they are going to do this by making people blink more?
Do you have any idea how stupid that sounds?
Sounds similar to the amount of concrete evidence surrounding weapons of mass distraction in Iraq :P

Seriously folks, this is a classic schizophrenic thinking. Nottingham needs psychiatric help.
nottingham 23-09-2005, 12:19 More about identification of the hacker and his four friends:
Nr. 1: The hacker. His hair is a bit long. He uses dungaree trousers. He is quite slim. He is the leader of the group. He is charismatic. He is very intelligent. He likes to lie. One of his hobbies is to tell lies to his friends. One way he lies is to exaggerate things. He thinks his four friends like his lies. He is very psychological knowingly and aware.
Nr. 2: He is blond. Looks quite normal.
Nr. 3: He is blond. He trains and has muscles.
Nr. 4: Black hair. Looks normal.
Nr. 5> Black hair. A little bit overweighty.
They were observed together at the policechief Benitos headquarter of Madrids police in June 2005. They are probably from Spain, but maybe not from Barcelona. They could be from anywhere in Spain. They are probably among 24 years old all of them. The hacker is considered to be extremely more intelligent then the four other.
cgksheff 23-09-2005, 12:27 Yep! That's them. I recognise the descriptions exactly. They are now in Sheffield.
I saw them all on the Number 52 last night.
They are obviously running scared as they were moving with others who match their descriptions exactly and would confuse trackers in the event of an emergency split up!
Call International Rescue at once!
how's the blinking going nottingham, any evidence that you are being targetted by the satellite in order to remove you (you are obviously a threat to these men, or possibly yourself).

Critical US satellites could be hacked

Authority could be hijacked or disabled by computer hackers, a new government report has

It is very easy to see the increased eye blinking on people on television. I am surprised so many of you joke with it, instead of enroll and observe it. It is VERY EASY to see.
Also the less soft movements on people (especially men) are very easy to observe and register.

an increase in blinking is part "being on TV 101". It's fluttering your eyelashes. Many people on TV are coached to blink more often, and to mix in slow blinks - makes you more attractive.
if blinking is somehow related to mind control, then perversely the people who blink least are those watching television.

yawn.... bored of this thread now. It showed such potential, too. Come on Nottingham, it needs to go in a whole new direction.
nottingham 12-11-2005, 00:34 If some of you could observe the blinking increase, or the extraordinary staccato movements, then this thread could be more interesting.
Anyway, it should be interesting enough already, because the satellite signals are dangerous.
nottingham 12-11-2005, 00:40 Maybe some of you could be more concerned in general about satellites.
If a private person hacks into a satellite, he has a possibility to reach a lot of people with whatever signals he sends. He can reach millions of people. If the signals are dangerous, then the society has a problem.
I'm sure I'll not be the first to say:
Are you on crack mate?
Satellites cannot do these things, as they don't work that way. Do you not have even the most basic grasp of physics?
SupraSteve 12-11-2005, 00:50 I'm a comms engineer Nottingham... I often work with satellites, I know a fair bit, lets put it that way.

SupraSteve 12-11-2005, 00:56 lol!
That's why I requested in went in a new direction, but.... wit the replies since... the powerful drugs theory seems to be likely :(
nottingham 27-11-2005, 21:22 The satellite hacker seems to have started with a new signal:
People use their hands to touch their own heads, noses, chins, mouths and faces more then normal . It has probably lasted at least since saturday 21. November 2005. It is easy to observe also this on television.
The blinking increase and staccato movements may have started monday 6. June 2005.
So now there should be at least three visible symptoms of the illegal satellite signals:
1. The increased eye-blinking.
2. The staccato movements.
3. People touch their own heads/noses/chins//mouths/faces more then normal.

Also are you writing this or pasting a translation from a Spanish website?
nottingham 27-11-2005, 23:53 On BBC World there is a commercial for BBC`s program "Hardtalk".
I am not sure, but I think one, of around four persons in the comercial, is the rockstar Alice Cooper.
He uses his right hand and touches his cheek on his left side. That is the kind of new movements the satellite hacker has created.
Of course it could be a contingency, but that is the kind of movements that are new.

It is a feature of certain types of mental illness that the sufferer believes that electricity, via cables, radio, t.v., etc. (or, similarly, satellites), are used to beam subliminal messages and/or are used as mechanisms of control. The sufferer relies on circumstantial evidence to bolster their theories, e.g., eye movements by t.v. newsreaders, and similar. The sufferer is also usually unable to engage in rational discussion, and persists in their delusional beliefs.
nottingham could of course be participating in a wind-up. But the constant distancing from reality - despite the irrefutable logic of other posters, and his apparent inability to engage in meaningful discourse, would tend to suggest otherwise.
By the way nottingham, you wrote "It has probably lasted at least since saturday 21. November 2005." The 21st of November was a Monday. Saturday was the 19th. How do you account for this error nottingham? Do you not want the readers to take you seriously?
nottingham 28-11-2005, 07:40 I meant saturday 19th november. (Thank you for the correction).
"The sufferer is also usually unable to engage in rational discussion"
It would be more interesting to discuss this if some of you observe the effects of the satellite signals.
The new hand movements are quite visible on television. They do not happen very often. Maybe each second minute? I am not sure yet, because the symptom is new. And maybe the news reporters are not those who do the hand movements most.
The blinking increase may have something to do with concentration. Meaning that news readers who are concentrated when they present news, are very concentrated already, and so the satellite signals have more effect on them.
nottingham 28-11-2005, 08:42 Right now on CNN, the judge in the trial against Saddam Hussein, makes those hand movements which are increased in frequency by the illegal satellite signals.
It is though not very often those movements happen. Maybe they appear in an interval of 2-3 minutes each time.
Berberis 28-11-2005, 09:03 I've just been watching the trial over the last 10 minutes and the judge touched his face once and is blinking around once every 7-10 seconds. That’s hardly an endorsement of your claim.
Wot the hell r u on Nottingham :|
nottingham 28-11-2005, 10:59 It is easier to observe the increased hand movements on the people who sit around and behind Saddam Hussein.
just been watching my colleague across the office. he's blinked AND touched his face more than once in the last minute.
what do i do ?? :help:
OMG get on the phone to the FBI as a matter of urgency. We're all going mad :gag: :gag: :gag:

off to shop to get some now !!!
any ideas on how to make it ? or will the design as demonstrated in 'Signs' work ok ?
nottingham 28-11-2005, 18:48 Here are two more quite visible examples of the new hand movements probably caused by the illegal satellite signals:
1. The people who sit beside and behind Saddam Hussein in the trial in Bagdad, move their hands quite a lot up to touch their faces. I saw it on CNN earlier today. It was very visible.
2. On Eurosport they have a program called Eurogoals. In the game between Zaragoza and Sevilla on the 27.11.2005, a goalkeeper is excluded. When he is about to leave the field he uses his hand on his nose. That looked like a typical movement like those which are a result of the illegal satellite signals. It does not have to be in this single case, but at least it looked like it was.

nottingham 29-11-2005, 14:06 Here are some examples of the hand movements which have increased in frequency because of illegal satellite signals:

Berberis 29-11-2005, 15:31 People touch their face, typically they do it more when under stress, which all the people you have given as examples will show!
Give it up, you plonker, you're nothing but a crackpot trying to convince us all your paranoid delusions are real!
nottingham 30-11-2005, 13:32 1.
On the APEC meeting on Saturday 19. of November 2005 in Busan in South-Corea, CNN send pictures of the state leaders wearing traditional clothes.
On that video which CNN send, there were many hand movements caused by the illegal satellite signals. It was easy to observe them.

In the German soccer game 19. of November 2005 between Borussia Dortmund and Hertha Berlin, it was also possible to observe some of these hand movements caused by the illegal satellite signals.

Nottingham I think you may be right you know! This illegal hacker (who's feeding him by the way, IIRC he forced his way into a control centre somewhere didn't he??) will destroy us all if we don't act - which begs the question, what can we do about it???? :suspect: Please help us Nottingham, before it's too late and we all use our hands to touch our faces - and die!! :gag:
As for the rest of you, I think you should take this seriously - you really can't see the truth can you!?? I bet you all laughed when that odd chap David Ike said he was Jesus back from Heaven too, didn't you?! Eh? eh?? ;)
OMG help me, I just touched my face!!! :o AAAAAAaaaaaaaaarghhhh!!!
<dying breaths>
Please.... help.....the.....others...... Notting...ham. Help them..... before it's too late!

Damn you illegal hacker!!!.... damn you!!.... erggggffh.

Berberis 05-12-2005, 14:22 How can pictures show hand movements to have increased in frequency?
Give us video footage and you might be taken more seriously!
Nottingham, I think you are correct in all that you say.
Here is a photograph of Miss Ethel Cranks, who has developed a facial spasm every time "WMD" is mentioned on Sky tv.

Ah leave Nottingham alone, he's spot on, the rest of you are just needlessly cynical...
Nottingham, I'd recommend a tinfoil hat for you, but have you heard the recent bad news about them actually amplifying the US Government's satellite beamed mind control rays?
clicky!! (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2005/11/11/tinfoil_hats_as_government_plot/)
The end is nigh for us my brother...
This is not a new phenomenon, however. Subliminal messages were found to have been transmitted in the early seventies on BBC television, causing many home grown stars, such as Carry On comic actor Jack Douglas to twitch and gurn in involuntary spasms.
...Max Wall, of course, was afflicted most severely, but had the inspired idea of constructing a career out of it when it spread to his lower limbs.
...As did seventies comedian Phil Cool. Or was he just a rubber faced freak?
nottingham 06-12-2005, 17:46 1.
Now the trial against Saddam Hussein has started again, and CNN sends a lot from it.
Saddam Hussein and the other accused make a lot of the hand movements which the illegal satellite signals increase. Also the judge make some.
It seems to be people who are physical relaxed who react most visibly on the signals which increase hand movements.
2.
Also politicians who only listen to others speeches in parliaments, seem to react quite visibly on the signals which increase hand movements.
3.
And people who are concentrated, like news presenters, react more visibly on the signals which increase the eye blinking.
Nottingham, are you aware that to most other people your posts strongly sugggest that you are delusional? I ask in all honesty and good faith. Are you otherwise well? Able to sleep, look after yourself properly? Maintain relationships, hold down a job etc? If the answer to any of these is 'no' i think you may need some professional help. Halibut.

Your right, I didnt notice the time that he posted. Maybe its a a mixture of both crack and a delusional state that is making Nottingham have these crazy thoughts.

nottingham 27-12-2005, 11:45 I am not a technical expert, but I think it is like this:
A. The person which has hacked satellites, probably uses private equipment to reach the satellites directly. Then the companies, which are technical responsible for the satellites, do not observe the hacking.
B. Normal satellite signals are so large that they do not get into the brains of human beings. But the hacker sends very fine small signals which enter inside peoples brains. These signals then hit nerve systems or functions systems in peoples brains. Then the hacker can make human beings behave different than normal.
C. Thin metal protection will probably not help. Normally the brain cranium stops at least large parts of satellite signals.
The illegal satellite signals are so fine (high-resolution) that they enter through the cranium and metal.
When hospitals do brain scanning, signals enter through the brain cranium.

Biggest load of bull I have heard in ages..... makes me laugh :D
Govt. satellites have been hacked into in the past but the hackers have been found very quickly.... in order to use a satellite for spying on something it can take 24hrs to position it where you want it to look.... as for making people blink more.... please :D the earth rotates on its axis completely every 24 hrs and a satellite needs to move around this axis in order to relay any required info.... otherwise the satellite would stay where it was originally positioned and see Australia one day and Britain the next.... if a hacker can make people blink more using a Govt. satellite then send me more money signs in my eyes. :D
nottingham 07-01-2006, 21:22 It was probably the satellite hacker who made president George W. Bush write this note the 14. of September 2005:
http://www.geocities.com/photosforlinks55/bushnote002.jpg
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,3-1781796,00.html
http://www.aftenposten.no/nyheter/uriks/article1115556.ece
Note that it happened after 6. of June 2005 when the illegal satellite beams may have started.
The note President Bush wrote about visiting the bathroom, was written the 14. of September 2005, a few days after 11. september. He wrote it in United Nations during a Security Council meeting in New York. In the same organisation where Colin Powell argued for going to war against Iraq. I think maybe the hacker chose that council meeting to make an anniversary memorial of the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, wars which were started with the 11. september 2001 terror as one of the official reasons.

Did Flight 77 really crash into the Pentagon?
Was the WTC 7 pulled?
Was Bush complicit with the 9/11 attacks?
nottingham 25-01-2006, 13:51 The satellite hacker uses satellites to record brain waves, and also to send waves into peoples brains. Here are two articles about recording brainwaves:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/2361987.stm
17 November, 2002
Scientists have developed a sensor that can record brainwaves without the need for electrodes to be inserted into the brain or even placed on the scalp.
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/6661974/
Dec. 6, 2004
Brain waves are the very weak electrical signals given off by the firing of millions of nerve cells in the brain. They can be measured by wires in a cap placed on the outside of the head.
Here is a discussion forum post about the subject. I dont know how serious meant this is, but it is interesting reading, anyway:
http://www.talkaboutscience.com/group/sci.bio.technology/messages/18071.html
Apr 20, 2005
The Pentagon has admitted that the U.S. intelligence agencies called the N.S.A. [ National Security Agency ], C.S.S [ Central Security Service ], D.I.A. [ Defense Intelligence Agency ], D.A.R.P.A. [ Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency ], C.I.A. [ Central Intelligence Agency ], the D.H.S. [ Department of Homeland Security ], and the F.B.I. [ Federal Bureau of Investigation ] Cointelpro or Counter intelligence program unit, has the technology to pick up the private thoughts given by individuals in the vibrations produced by the brains electrical impulses, and that these thoughts can be broadcast via satellites and any other form of technology which uses electromagnetic transfer, i.e. television, radio, the internet, and the telephone. The Pentagon calls this mind reading technology SYNTHETHIC TELEPATHY, although there is nothing paranormal about it.
