I went to La Mancha around a year ago and the service / food etc was fab.
What a contrast then when I went last night with a bunch of mates !! The service wasnt good - one of my mates had to ask 3 times for his drink.
The food took around 45 minutes to arrive and all our meals arrived at different times - not good when some are eating and some arent - spoils the night.
And the restaurant was almost empty on a Friday night - now I know theres a recession on but could it be that word is already getting around about the deterioration in service / standards etc??
Will be a while before I go again
