Very interesting draw in the Champions league, it looks like a Manchester United - Barcelona final now (in Spain).
Thats if Manchester United can get past a very good Bayern Munich side of late.

Ferguson must be pleased with the draw as he's avoided Inter and Barca until the final. I think Lyon (providing they beat Bordeaux) will be a sterner test than Bayern but I would bet on Man U to come through both ties and make a 3rd straight final.
I am less sure about Barca, mainly because their side of the draw looks tougher than Man U's. Also because La Liga is tighter this year than last so there is more pressure and less option for resting players. If you had to pick 2 teams for the final you'd go with Man U - Barca but it's far from a certainty. I wouldn't be totally surprised to see Arsenal beat Barca and I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Inter beat Barca.
I'm hoping for a Man U - Inter final as I prefer to see 1 English side versus 1 European side but also because I don't like to see the same teams in the final year after year. I would have liked to see Man U meet Barca at this stage or in the semis but as they won't, I hope they don't meet at all. The games come thick and fast now though as we get both q-finals and both semis in the next 5 1/2 weeks (ish) :)

I think Mourinho is well capable of taking Inter all the way.

If he could manage it with lowly Porto, he can certainly pull it off with Inter.
On the other hand, if he couldn't manage it with all of Chelsea's vast resources, he assuredly can't. So .. errm ... I'll get back to you on that one.

I'm confident we have a reasonable chance of beating Man Utd, the tie is very evenly balanced and could go either way.
The one we all wanted to avoid was Barcelona, anything is possible in football but they will dump Arsenal out without many problems imo.

Looking at Man Utd at the moment with Rooney the way he is, i think it will be a struggle for anyone to stop them at the moment, even Barcelona are not the best defensively.
I know one man doesn't make a team but he makes a hell of a difference Rooney.

I agree but Bayern have also got players to hurt United, Robben and Ribery for a start.
