Anybody got any recommendations for estate agents, in particular those with local branches that cover Ecclesfield/Chapeltown area? We are about to put our house on the market but aren't sure who with. I would prefer something with low charges and no upfront costs, but I don't know how likely this is any more. Any suggestions?
