The place is a horrible synthetic air conditioned hell. Nobody says much, as nobody likes their job. Everyone despises the team leaders and training staff, same as every other call centre.
I lasted 3 weeks, for which I feel I'm fully deserving of a medal.
any one else ur experience pls?

Well I work in the building next to it, and I have never seen so many new faces go in and out.

I worked there for two years and its a typical call centre...you get out what you put in.
Working on customer services isn't very good though as your just a complaints line, but once you get the hang of the job, as some mortgages can be quite complex if you dont have one then its easy to handle. It depends on your attitude.
In my experience i did not care for the customer service role but as soon as i went on to sales and started earning a bonus, then the job it self improved. Thats if you dont mind targets.
Go in with a positive attitude, last longer than three weeks and give it time to adjust you should enjoy yourself.
As i said about all call centres, you get out what you put in.
