got a band, we want to play gigs - simple as :D

anyone know any venues or decent places to play? also how do you get a support slot etc there?

we're not just looking for the bigger venues, we'd like to play of smaller ones as well to do the rounds to build awareness and gauge interest so if anyone knows pubs etc or similar venues then great.

it would have to be in sheffield as we all live city centre but don't really have transport for distance purposes at the moment. we're very good, lots of different influences and all 22.

You should join L2SB - loads of band membersd and promotors on there. I'll PM you the link, as i'm not sure if it'll get deleted from here as it's another forum...

you could see who is playing and email the bands for possible future support. im tryin out for a band (im no good so dont expect much) and my mate has already said i can play 20min slot b4 one of his gigs.....lol.. so just get to know a few other bands and ur sorted.
