I am badly in need of a job. So applied to Ventura last week and got through the telephonic interview. Now they have called me next week to give a computer test and 1-2-1 interview.

The interview bit really worries me. Can anyone tell me how it is in Ventura ?

Any information about recruitment process and working in Ventura would be welcomed.

i did 3 years at ventura up to about 6 years ago. its a great job if you like talking to people and problem solving. i think the test will be similar to when i took it except i did it on paper. basically it is remembering a series of product codes in the right order. i.e. digits and letters. and recalling them without any mistakes. those who get through this with the minimum errors go to a friendly 1-2-1. the money and bonuses are not too bad but the hours of work can be awkward. good luck.
