There is a specific PVC cleaner available.

I wouldn't use things like flash tbh, there is the possibility of causing discolouration, if it is acidic (not saying flash specifically is, but it might be)

For the scuff marks, use a cream cleaner, such as Sif/Jif?? or whatever they call it.

If you can still get it, the powder cleaner would do a good job, but not seen it for years.
- called Vim or Ajax, or something similar.

It's also excellent for black plastic bumpers etc....

I think the key when using most cleaning products is to apply and then leave them to stand for a while, before attempting to scrub off. Obviously the stronger the cleaning product the better, but it’s probably a good idea to wear gloves.

It's called WD40 :)

Note:WD50 is oil based and will remove the special coating from the face of the upvc and allow the windows to attract grime faster in the future.

Try WD40 instead ... It works really well!

This "sponge" also works very well with just warm water if you don't want to use chemicals, also made a good job removing grime on my van before i had it sign written.
Link is to a JML product but you can buy similar and just as good from 1 shops.
