Its just a scam, the clue is in them being free, no information and ...the spellings :suspect:

yeah definately a scam they will say they are free then make excuses that you cant pick them up and then ask you to pay the small delivery charge which obviously is fake and your just sending them the money and never hear from them again.

Why arent the gumtree mods moderating these posts, honestly they are going to drop themselves in trouble before long.

I want one, they are just so adorable, poor little things being stuck with owners who say they are free but are probably going to cost loads and loads in the long run. (I don't mean injections etc) I know they cost loads but like someone said, they will want money then say you can't collect etc. Not fair on the poor little puppies.

i answered 1 the other day on freebies section about weight loss schemes for my partner and all it was is a scam to get you sign up to a pyramid scheme so you can get other people to buy into it (normally your family and friends) and you would all end up getting scammed for 100's of pounds .

really have to be careful on gumtree now as there is more and more popping up everyday.

no they dont even have any puppies thats why its such a scam, there isnt any animals or anything in the 1st place.

Well im putting in a complaint - i usually like gumtree but im getting fed up of it now.

this is one of the emails i got back when i enquired about british bulldog puppies 'supposedly free'' :

caring person to take good care of the puppies.The little babies have

no my m8 actually has 1, its a little baby marmoset called bella but he got it from a reputable source,

and yes very bad grammar and not to be funny about it but none of the people i have spoke to when trying to find out if they were scams while i was enquiring about different pets absolutely none of them were english, they all spoke foreign !

send me a placid yorkshire terrier please! haha mines such a hyper ive just this minute found him in his crate chewing my lint roller (the sticky roll that removes hair from clothes etc) and had all the sticky stuff in his fur lol hes a lovely dog tho really loveable he suits his name (rebel). back on topic nobody in their right mind would be giving away yorksire terrier tiny pups unless theyd got one as a pet and had a valid reason for rehoming but never a few of them.

Aw your dog sounds right fun. Her dog was probably placid because I barely ever saw it :D.

he is fun brilliant with my 15month old daughter and loves my mums toy poodle and large crossbreed, he can be a handful at times but whatever he does always makes me smile cos its normally something daft.

only ever seen one placid yorksire terrier (i hate em!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)...........this one was owned by some pikeys, kept it tied up outside, i managed to er.........borrow it a few days later, it turned out to have bow back legs, but i got a good home for it. nasty little bitey yappy things i find. that and jack russels are the bottom of my list

I cannot honestly believe how many people are afraid of my little yorkie hes the softest daftest thing ever loves cuddles lovely with my baby.i can say there isnt one dog im afraid of i love all types.although i dont go up stroking every dog i see just incase

im not afraid, im not afraid of any dog, just i hate little dogs, find them the worst for suddenly going for people.

my dogs never gone for anybody but can see your point they are fast little things .

My brother got his face mauled by a smal dog some sort of terrier i believe we also had a jack russel when we were younger, kept snaping at my baby brother rehomed it and it attacked someone and was put to sleep...was bit by a chiuwahwa (however you spell it)

i dont have a good history with smal dogs - then again i got pinned to the wall by an akita and chased by a medium sized mongrel a while back.
