Hi,
I'll be shortly putting my house up for sale and I'm now in the process of compiling a price list of HIP providers.
Can anyone recommend companies they've used; online or otherwise. Bad experiences would be useful too!

I've never used one, but the expensive ones always claim they do it faster than the cheaper ones!

Hooray, I am going to put my house on the market next week as well. Still need an EPC though, costs £60 but you have 28 days from the house going on the market to get one.
Yes. They say one of the benefits could be that more people put their house on the market so that prices will fall.
Does put the pressure on first time buyers though as the buyer takes responsibility for the searches again.
