After we lost banditpuss in Jan i have been kinda looking for another a playmate for jessica,well my friend in nottingham has just told me her cat is having babies whoooooooooooooo and i can have a femnale from her the last 3 she had 2 years ago were gawjus 2 white and 1 tabby im soooooooooo happy even though i will have to wait till maybe middle june till shes ready i cant wait and feel a huge void in my hearts going to be filled.I miss banditpuss dreadfully but a new kitten a new life and a loving home makes me feel better x

Aww waiting is sort of nice in a way, I had to wait ages for one of mine, I saw her Mummy with a bulging tum a few times as we fed her when they went away for a few days so was able to get to know her and spoil her a bit on the sly :D.

Then I saw the kittens from 3 days old and picked mine right away, it was lovely to see my Kitten every week and watch her grow, then the wonderful day that I could take her home...and after the wait she was like the most precious little thing, it was lovely.

I then repeated the experience 6 months later when I was begged to take one from the next unplanned litter :rolleyes: all in all it was a lovely experience though.

Yes she does have ears but when kittens are born their ears are sort of flat against their heads for a while and eyes closed, as you can see Poppy was just starting to open her eyes.

I'm not sure how old she was there I think maybe a week or so, Rosie is a bit older in her pic maybe 2/3 weeks she was a little porker :D and fluffy so bigger anyway this (http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d159/5critters/olddocsandpics260.jpg) was Poppy's litter at a few days old when I first saw them, you can see how tiny they really were by the size of the Mum's feet, Poppy is on the bottom you can just see her face as she has more white on her :love:

Can't wait to see spiritangel1's new kitten pics, there is nothing so sweet as a kitten aww :)

awwwwwwwwwwwwwwww babies Moonbird theyre gawjus,i hand reared a litter of 6 it was sooooooooo hard work but very rewarding thats why i kept Banditpuss lol an why she was always so special after all i was her mummy :) and i love cats big small black white old young will keep you updated its guna be a loooooooooooong wait but so worth it xxxxxx
