Just been watching Crufts on E4 and couldn't believe my eyes when I saw one of my old mates from the RAVC with his working dog on the Friends for Life section.

He's a great guy and really does love his dogs. It's not just a job for him as many people think. When you're out there you have to really rely on each other and have unshakable confidence in your dogs abilities.
To be quite honest the lack of equipment supplied to our lads on operational deployment is disgusting but at least with a dog trained to this high standard can help save the lives of the lads in its section through early warning.
