hehehe awww Lotti enjoy her when you get her, all the best.

We bred one of the Kooky family Tibetan Terriers in 1997 and had 5 little ones running round, along with our other two... great fun, puppies are a delight, so innocent and so inquisitive, full of beans... hard work but definitely worth it, it was a great experience for the 14 year old me! (I imagine looking after an actual baby must be much more challenging, but not totally dissimilar!)

Keep the photos and updates coming Lotti, good luck with the potty training and all the training...

Lucky you!!!!

I've said it once I'll say it again, she's cute. I'm also quite impressed as to how photogenic she is as Max always goes into skulk mode if I point a camera at him and being black tends to come out as a big black lump with no definition.
I hope you're not to shy or retiring Lotti as I suspect you are going to loose count of the number of conversations you're going to have with total strangers as they all go 'Oooh isn't she cute'

thanks all,

Yes wallbuilder, I expect she will make a good conversation starter - you never know I might make some human friends out of it too! and yes, she does seem very photogenic - although every time I tried to get her to look at the camera with sister taking photo she wanted to look at me in the opposite direction!

Slimsid, I hope so too! After all I'm clearing up her poo and spending however much on her - she better love me! :P

kookykoo - yes. Well you had 5, my puppy is from a litter of 12!!!! The breeder also owns both mum and dad and a English Springer Spaniel puppy! Can you imagine it! Thats 15 dogs running about! I'm ok with the one for now but you never know...

This time next week she'll be here.... look out for the photos - if she's very, very tired seeing as it's such a long day, I'll be sat in the kitchen watching her sleeping! How sad am I?!

I can't wait to meet her Lotti

You are going to be so proud of your little dog (though she won't be little for long ;) )

I can't wait to hear about the things she'll do when you put your head down and deny all ownership. I have had two dogs that consider little kiddies to be mobile snack vendors. Ice creams and sandwiches held at doggy level and just have to be pinched as you walk past with your 'well behaved' dog.
Then of course there are all the footballs that just have to be pounced upon and popped and then if lucky shredded. I can still hear the children screeechinhg as max ran off with their partially deflated brightly coloured ball. I had to pay for a neww one the mother was almost beside herself with rage. [a bit over the top I thought, mad woman]
Then there is toilet training and although you take several bags out with you your lovely pet just manages to do one poo to many.
Female dogs on heat!!!!!!! [Don't talk to me about female dogs on heat] biggest flirts going and it's the male dogs and their owners who get shouted at.
Coming in from a walk in torrential rain and your nice dog deciding to redecorate the kitchen, walls, ceiling and units muddy splatter. Oh and you if you're within range.
I still prefer dogs to most humans though.

Aww! Look how much she's grown already!

She's gorgeous Lotti....and worth all the waiting :)

I can just picture her now in a little basket surrounded by a mountain of pooch paraphernalia that's taller than she is...:D

Enjoy, kid! You deserve it! Give her an extra pat from all the forumers

My little bundle of spots has arrived!

We picked her up yesterday and she settled in so well - I feel so proud of her :D

I'm bursting with joy at the moment and just had to write this before I start doing some college work.
I've got up and come down at 6am to give her some breakfast and see her because it was her first night last night (I was up til 1am last night bear in mind...) and I've come down so she's had a quick play and had a little bit of breakfast - didn't quite go outside as planned... :hihi: but we'll get there.
And now, here's me half dead, and she's decided she's going to go back to bed so I'm stuck here now! I'm not going back to bed now I'm dressed by the time I go, it'll be time to get up!

Never mind... it's all worth it!
At the moment she's cuddled up to her teddy in bed dreaming of something, I don't know what it is but it's very energetic!

We put a teddy in with her litter mates before we took her home so that it smelled of them and she cuddles up to it to go to sleep (she's hugging it at the moment) She knows not to chew it bless her!

So I just wanted to let you who have followed this know that she's here! At last!

A very happy Lottie xx
:D :D :D :D :D :D

Now come om tell the truth, you're just trying to suffer from lack of sleep so you get big black marks round your eyes and so look as cute as Takara does!!
Roll on all the injections being completed and so she can really get out and 'romp' nothing looks cuter than a puppy romping I think.

OMG - I can't believe it has happened and you have finally got your dog. That has made my day completely happy.

What are we going to discuss now on the forum?

Hope you have had a great day together and you haven't slipped in the wee. Amazing how much a puppy can wee.

So how long before Lotti and Spotti go walking outside and to the park?

How are the rest of the family coping with your new addition?

:)
