Mine is a bit to crazy to go to crufts, just want to take him to one for fun and see how he does, is there any coming up in Sheffield or around?

There's one in Edale in June... I don't think they start before then though to be honest.

There's usually one at Ecclesfield and one in Parson Cross but like I say, no earlier than June I'm sure.

without papers (as you state in another thread) you'll wind up at a charity style dog show where they have categories such as 'waggiest tail' - so not exactly a lead in to anything more serious

What are the details of the one in Edale Lotti? I haven't heard anything. Maybe Ozzy can get involved. I know Hope do a fun show in the summer. Ozzy won 3 rosettes there last year. Including dog the judge would most like to take home???? Mmm, think she just felt sorry for him.

Anyone who wants to celebrate doggie ownership and just have fun should aim for the charity shows. The whole family can enjoy it and nobody is under any pressure to be perfect. I've done Thornberrys' show for about 12 years now and everyone has a laugh. Ialways end it with a relay race so dogs and kids can run around shouting and let off some steam. Look out for it and enjoy and help good causes too.
