hi, im having problems with my tv, the other night it made a loud popping noise but the tv continued to work so i thought nothing of it, when i turned it on in the morning the tv wouldnt come on it seems as though there is no power getting through :(, does anyone have a rough estimate how much it would cost to get this fixed?? or if there is anywhere in sheffield that would buy faulty tvs, it is in mint condition just needs the fault repairing.

ebay it the prices of tvs now are so cheap you may as well buy a new one

Is it a samsung ? Possible caps have gone on the power supply. Common fault.

how much does it cost to have a new one put in

does anyone know of a shop around S5 that would be willing to replace a blown capacitor? and how much they would charge?
