Try Fox's. It's accross the road from Debenhams on the Moor. :)

Or Sound Control, which is just over the road from the old National Centre for Popular Music...

There's a nice music shop on one of the side streets off eccelsall road - not sure which one sorry but the people are v.friendly. Its the road with butchers on the corner... i think nonnas on the eccelsall road side.

That shop that used to be (or still is?) Wavelength Music on London Road is usuall very good, or there is a shop on city road which looks 'alf decent too.

try sound control on paternaster row opposite national centre for popular music.

Yes, it is on a side-street on the left (*) of Ecclesall Road.

* - Travelling Derbyshire-bound.

BTW, there is also a music shop in Hillsborough, that sells CDs, but whether they hold guitar strings, is the $64,000,000 question.
