I am researching my family history and am a bit stuck on the Gleadall connections I have made.
I would love to hear from anyone connected to the name who lives in Sheffield or past family have. This family seem to have lived around the Daisy Bank, Woollen Lane area of Sheffield.
The information I have is from 1841 onwards so am going well back in time.
Please PM me if you can help

I know Steven , he was in the Steel Works. His daughter is called Sherry.
Iused to live next door to a Roy Gledhall who was a scoutmaster at St Thomas's Church in Crookes.

My father and grandfather (John and Arthur) used to run Gleadall's tobacconist at 673 Attercliffe Common.
In the early 1960's there was a Miss/Mrs Gledhall teaching infants at Woodbourne Road School. She was my first teacher and was a star.
