Chipmunk Crisps were out in the late 50's early 60's they were out about then with oxo flavoured crisps. the only other manufacturers out around here at that time were Smith's, Xcel or Castle (think they were made in conisbrough).

chipmonks where out for a breif moment in the 70s when i started school in 1972 i used to have a bag every day and if im correct if you saved so many tokens or bought so many bags you got a free badge

i remember them fromthe 70s they cost 2new p a bag at the same time there were pink panther candy bars aztec( made by mars) and you could still get milk tray chocolates in a bar. does anyone remember the name of long thin sticks of hard crisp toffe with chocolate running through them?
We didn't have chipmunk crisps when I was a lad, we had to make do with potato crisps.

I remember Chipmunk crisps, they sold alongside Smiths' , Golden Wonder. I think the hard toffee strips were Arrows and the cost 1d.
Supermousse was similar to Milky Way, but bigger.
