I feel soooo broody at the moment its unreal! Two of my close friends are due to give birth in June and its making me worse! It seems daft, as I know I'll be able to do all the doting auntie stuff, and hand them back when screaming or smelly! :hihi:
I know I can't have another child yet, I've got the coil for another 2 years, and I want to be in work first (I'm a carer for my disabled son at the moment) but the yearning is like a physical ache :(

I know the feeling!! The thing is I have no excuse - I have a 7 yr old son and a 5 month old baby - but I miss being pregnant and babies grow up too quickly!

I found that it works for us blokes too. Since I had the Vasectomy back in November all Ive wanted is to get the OH preggers and have another kid.

I used to make fun of broody women but its not so funny when the shoes on the other foot!

My OH wanted a vasectomy within a couple of days of having our last one due to sleepless nights, however he is smitten and desperately wants us to try for a girl now!
I'm soooo glad I didn't push him into having the snip as I was almost on the brink of agreeing when I was knackered. Funny how you forget all the bad stuff so quickly!

This is a great thread.

A place where all females that are broody and want kids or more children should post.

Guys that love their freedom will now know exactly which girls to avoid like the plague :hihi:

Just joking, good luck with your brooding.

I feel exactly the same. Honestly, taking my pill each morning kills me! But I have no stable bloke in my life, I have no job, im starting college. The odds are ALL against me having another :hihi: And then I look at Charlie and remember those sleepless nights, the constant change of bedding after burping him, the cost, and all the other 'down' sides, and happily swallow my pill :D A friend of mine is due in July time, and all she talks about is being pregnant - to the point I could slap her. I had a MC last June and on my due date she called me up going on and on about her being pregnant, yep safely say I lost it with her, and started ranting about everything. It felt so good!

And I'm perpetually broody :(

I hope that everyone who has little ones and is broody for another understands just how lucky they are to have had that small bundle of love in their lives for even a minute.

I agree. My dd is nearly 5 months. I don't know if we will have another as my Husband likes just having the 2. I would probably like another but then I think I can't just keep having babies! I have to remind myself that they will be teenagers one day and then I might not want so many!

I do. But really very broody. Sadly I won't be able to have any more babies, but thank my lucky stars every day for my son.

If I'd known he was to be my only one, I'd have paid more attention!

Broody here too!!!
I have a 2 year old and a 5 month old though already tho so i'm probably mad (can i still blame the hormones??) Can't imagine never being pg or nursing a newborn that's mine but i think we'll probably stick with 2. Hubby would love another - its the cost of bringing them up that's against us really. Just gone back to work today after maternity leave.....as if it isnt hard enough running round after 2 babies as it is.
I'm grateful for my 2 healthy bambino's though - you never know if i win the lotto i might have another xx

Im not and never will be broody.
But I do remember how broody I would feel from time to time after my kids.

I am just happy now to hand them back , I just am happy and enjoying the ones I have.

Don't seem to get broody anymore. Maybe common sense has finally taken over and made me realise 5 is more than enough :hihi:
