In todays Sheffield Telegraph
A teaching assistant who had a 7 year old child attacking other children, kicking and screaming, slapped him across theface.
She was taken to court, the report says a magistrates court but at the bottom it says District Judge which would indicate the High Court, found guilty and faces jail.
What on earth are we doing taking things like this to court? At what cost?
Most of the yobbish behaviour today is because young kids aren't properly disciplined.
A quick slap was just what this child needed.
To end up in court says a lot about the parent, who is probably just after some compo.
