Iv just been on sheffieldpropertyshop to have a look at properties available for bidding and they seem to have changed the way they allocate them. Each property used to say either based on waiting time or based on priority. But now all the council properties say priority or more than 10 years waiting time (for the 3 beds anyway). So who gets priority? the person with priority or the person with more than 10 years waiting time? im confused:loopy:

A few actually still say 'waiting time' and don't mention priority, but most are worded like you've said. People have always been able to bid on properties however they were advertised, but it was pretty clear that most were for priority applicants. Hopefully someone who works in the Property Shop might read this and explain.
