Just heard the other day that sanctuary are to landscape a grassed area opposite my house and install a seating area. I know i should have voiced my opinions to them earlier but isn`t it a daft idea? Surely it`s just going to attract the local idiots. Somewhere different for them to cause trouble. It could have been put to better use by providing off street parking for residents who don`t have drives.

I guess so. Like i say I really should have popped to one of the mobile displays they brought around and voiced my opinions then but you know what it`s like, always something better to do.

I believe there are to be several green spaces throughout the estate.

Are the seating areas just for chavs, or can everyone else use them as well? How are they going to stop the public at large using the areas?

having seen the effect that seating can have on attracting youths and the potential for the nuicance that this can cause, may I sugest an option that could please both parties, day time seating that retracts in the evening, retractable seating that folds away at a certain time, resulting in nothing for the youths to sit on, and no reason for them to gather in these areas.

the put nice new thick plastic ones in our local park..they looked realy good that night the chav came back and set them on fire...drinking tinnies..while the fire service put out the fire..shame
