Went to Lyceum this aft to see "Room on the Broom"..its a kids book...wondered if anyone else wants to comment on it.The show was quite good,but the kids in the audience spoiled it for me and my child.They were talking loudly throughout,rustling sweet wrappers,moaning about stuff etc etc...please....when you're in the theatre at a show...respect those around you and SHUT UP!

I went and thought it was very good. However as the performance was for age 3+ I think you need to stop being a miserable so and so as kids talking is to be expected.
My daughter is three and was so excited she couldn't help talking loudly.

Lighten up!

I do think these shows are expected to be full of talking/crying children and the performers usually have radio mics so it is easier to hear them above the noise. I do think you have to expect this, although adults should also try to control the children as much as possible.

Im off to see it now, yay!!!
