i was told almost a year ago that my internet was to be upgraded to 20meg line from 10meg for free as the lowest is 10meg and im on large does anyone know if its upgraded yet? thanks

they was a upgrade about that was over a year ago, i am also awaiting a new upgrade

Mine was upgraded ages ago and if you notice the wording it says you'll get up to such and such a speed. As a result I haven't noticed any major improvement and if anything at times of peak usage it seems even slower than it did before.

I was due an upgrade (cable, not ADSL) that had been long promised. I went to the member centre/account management bit of virgin website to see if there was any news.

After much messing about trying to login I found a button to press to claim my free upgrade.

Might be worth poking about in the virgin media website.

I'm on the lowest cable tariff (M) so was getting 2 meg prior to the upgrade,
since the upgrade (last August) I now get 10 meg.
So no complaints here

On the right of virginmedia.com there's a big red button marked 'enter'. Somewhere in there. I only remember it was somewhere in the bit where you manage you account...so have to be logged in.
