As a result I haven't noticed any major improvement and if anything at times of peak usage it seems even slower than it did before. DaFoot 16-02-2010, 11:29 I was due an upgrade (cable, not ADSL) that had been long promised. I went to the member centre/account management bit of virgin website to see if there was any news. After much messing about trying to login I found a button to press to claim my free upgrade. Might be worth poking about in the virgin media website. me-and-pippo 16-02-2010, 11:31 I'm on the lowest cable tariff (M) so was getting 2 meg prior to the upgrade, since the upgrade (last August) I now get 10 meg. So no complaints here *Wallace* 16-02-2010, 11:42 I was due an upgrade (cable, not ADSL) that had been long promised. DaFoot 16-02-2010, 12:31 On the right of virginmedia.com there's a big red button marked 'enter'. Somewhere in there. I only remember it was somewhere in the bit where you manage you account...so have to be logged in. Sorry. *Wallace* 16-02-2010, 13:00 Thank you. s5 dad 01-03-2010, 20:14 Give them a call on 150 and ask them about the upgrade they are only to happy to help |
