recently i upgraded my laptop sony vaio vgn-nr21z to windows 7 professional, its great and loads better than vista however the shortcut keys on my laptop dont work anymore e.g you could press the fn button and say f4 to turn volume up etc.... does anyone know if i can get my shortcut keys back???

I suspect that when you bought your Vaio it was a Sony flavoured version of Windows - I would contact Sony for advice.

yeah it was sony branded... so maybe i'll contact em

have contacted sony and they have sent me the link for the required drivers, so all is well now......
