There has been several incidents in Tinsley where a young man of asian appearance, wearing a black hooded nike top, has intimidated and then attacked women in the area.

We know of two such attacks in the area but we would like anyone who hasn't come forward to contact the police at Attercliffe police station.

Sad news. It seems you can't even go out your own front door these days...

just had a phone call from sheffield star they are printing an artical bout the attack it should be in papers in a couple of days, meanwhile they also told that the person responsible has been charged. thank god.

Just to let you know, my wife was attacked and sexually harrased by some scum of a male in Hillsborough a few weeks back. The police have been informed so just be aware all you females walking in Hillsborough. She was left very traumatised by the whole incident. Luckily she managed to escape and get a taxi. It happend just after the pubs closed on a saturday night. Women should be able to walk alone at night without fear of being harrased or worse. So becareful and be alert.

why do we women have to fear of being attcked or sexually harrased, we should be allowed to walk home or anywhere without fear.

i was attacked in the daytime around 2:50pm and it was pouring rain. i am still scared of going out and i dont know what to do, my boyf or my parents have to either walk me home or anywhere i go im that scared of bumping into him.
